Our Process
Client Discussion: The process starts with an initial consultation between the homeowner and the designer or contractor. The homeowner discusses their needs, vision, and budget.
Site Assessment: A designer will visit the home to assess the space, take measurements, and understand the specific requirements for the remodel.
Design Development: Based on the consultation, the designer creates design concepts, sketches, or 3D renderings. This could include floor plans, layouts, and material suggestions, often incorporating feedback from the client.
Approval of Design: Once the design is finalized, the client reviews it, and any necessary adjustments are made. This is often when the budget and timeline are
confirmed.
Material & Product Selection: After finalizing the design, the homeowner selects the materials, finishes, and products required for the remodel. This could include flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tiles, fixtures, paint, etc.
Delivery & Inventory Check: Once the products arrive, they are checked for quality and quantity. Any damaged or incorrect items are addressed before installation begins.
Scheduling the Work: The Project Lead schedules the start date for installation, coordinating the availability of all necessary tradespeople (plumbers, electricians,
carpenters, etc.).
Preparation of the Space: Prior to installation, the work area is prepped. This may involve clearing the space, protecting furniture, or temporarily moving appliances. Demolition work will be required to remove old materials.
On-Site Work Begins: The installation team begins the work according to the design andproduct specifications. This includes tasks such as framing, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, flooring, cabinet installation, and more.
Progress Monitoring: Throughout the installation process, the project manager will oversee the work to ensure it aligns with the design and stays on schedule.
Adjustments & Quality Control: As the installation progresses, adjustments may be made based on site conditions or client preferences. Quality checks are performed to ensure the work meets the standards set in the design.
Finishing Details: Once major installations are complete, finishing touches such as painting, caulking, and cleaning take place.
Final Inspection: The Project Lead conducts a final inspection of the work to ensure everything meets expectations, both in terms of quality and functionality.
Client Walkthrough: The homeowner conducts a walkthrough with the contractor, where any last-minute concerns or issues can be addressed.
Handover: Once the work is completed, the homeowner officially takes possession of the remodeled space.
Warranty & Follow-Up: A workmanship warranty for the work completed is offered. A follow-up may be scheduled to address any issues that arise post-installation, or to ensure that everything is functioning as intended.
Final Payment: Once the work is approved and completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction, final payment is made.
